Winemaking:
We select our finest Tempranillo and Syrah grapes from our oldest vineyards to craft this smooth, fruit-forward young red. The blend is 50 % Tempranillo and 50 % Syrah. Fermentation takes place in jacketed stainless-steel tanks with precise temperature control to ensure ideal maceration. Once alcoholic fermentation is complete, the wine is transferred to separate vessels for malolactic fermentation, then clarified by centrifugation. Cold stabilisation follows in insulated tanks at temperatures down to -6 °C. Throughout the process, temperature and other variables are managed automatically by state-of-the-art computer systems.
Tasting notes:
Colour: Bright cherry red with ruby flashes and violet hints. Aroma: Smooth, long and complex, showing red-fruit notes of cherry and plum, lifted by touches of pepper and liquorice. Palate: Aromatic and layered, delivering fresh yet intense flavour and a long, persistent finish.
Food Pairing:
Serve between 16–18 °C.
