Winemaking process:

We select our finest Macabeo grapes from our oldest vineyard to produce a smooth, long and aromatic white wine. Our winemaker has created this fabulous wine using 100 % Macabeo grapes.The grapes are harvested at night and kept between 8–10 °C to preserve their freshness and extract the finest juice. Cold maceration is carried out at 10 °C for 36 hours to maximise aroma and prevent oxidation of the must.We then carry out a gentle pressing to obtain the final juice, which ferments in stainless-steel tanks at 16 °C for 24 days, under automatic temperature control.
Finally, the wine is filtered and cold-stabilised prior to bottling.

Tasting Notes:

Colour: Pale transparent yellow with greenish hues that highlight its youth and freshness. Aroma: Soft, long, clean and fresh aromas reminiscent of pineapple, banana and apple. Palate: Well balanced, with perfect acidity and a smooth, long and fresh flavour, followed by a pleasant, lingering aftertaste.

Food Pairing:

Serve between 5–8 °C.
Our La Villa RealMacabeo white wine is perfect with fish, rice, pasta, white meats, and many other dishes. It pairs beautifully with a mild Manchego cheese from Castilla-La Mancha, but we especially enjoy it with a traditional Spanish paella featuring seafood or white meats such as chicken.
