Winemaking process:

The grapes are harvested during the cool nights of September to keep them at a temperature between 8º-10ºC, preserving their freshness and quality for the winemaking process. Maceration is carried out at 10ºC for 36 hours to extract all the aromas while preventing oxidation. A gentle pressing is then performed to obtain the grape juice, which is subsequently fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16ºC for 24 days. Finally, the wine is filtered and cold stabilized before bottling.

Tasting Notes:

Colour: Bright, clean golden yellow.
Aroma: Notes of apple, pear, melon, and lemon.
Palate: Pleasant and persistent. On the palate, tropical fruit notes stand out with a backdrop of citrus and mineral flavours.

Serve between 5–8 °C.
