Winemaking process:

Crafted from carefully selected Muscat Blanc à Petits Grains grapes, harvested at their optimal ripeness. The must undergoes partial fermentation at low temperature to preserve the varietal aromas, and fermentation is stopped through chilling, retaining the natural sugars. The wine is then carbonated with added CO₂ to create a fine, pleasant bubble.

Tasting Notes:

Colour: Pale yellow with greenish reflections and fine bubbles.
Aroma: Intense and floral, with notes of orange blossom and citrus (orange, tangerine, lemon), alongside tropical fruits and honey.
Palate: Sweet, fresh, fruity and well-balanced, with soft, persistent bubbles.

Food pairing:

Perfect as an aperitif, or paired with desserts, chocolate, fresh fruit, Asian cuisine, or simply to enjoy on informal, festive occasions.
Serving Serve well chilled, between 6–8 °C.
