Winemaking process:

Special selection of our finest Tempranillo grapes, cultivated in our oldest vineyards. Our winemaker has made this unique wine using exclusively the Tempranillo variety. Our wine is aged in American oak barrels for at least 3 months, followed by an additional 2 months of bottle aging to achieve its peak quality before reaching our customers.

Tasting Notes:

Colour: Medium ruby red, clean and bright with purple highlights.
Aroma: Fresh, complex, and fruity, with charming aromas of red fruits like cherries and strawberries, complemented by subtle notes of pepper, vanilla, and cinnamon.
Palate: Well-structured, balanced, and fruity, with spiced notes, velvety tannins, and a long finish.

Food Pairing:

Serve between 16–18 °C.
Our La Villa Real Roble is ideal for pairing with red meats and a delicious steak. It also goes wonderfully with aged Manchego cheese from Castilla-La Mancha, JamónIbérico, or even with a traditional Spanish paella. Simply enjoy this aged wine with your favourite cured cheese or red meat dish.
