Several companies from the Association of Importers and Exporters of Albacete (ADIEX), part of the Confederation of Employers of Albacete (FEDA), had the opportunity to participate in the renowned ProWein 2024 fair, held from March 10 to 12 in Düsseldorf, Germany. First Presence of the D.O. La Mancha Regulatory Council

A major milestone at ProWein 2024 was the participation of La Remediadora under the dedicated stand of the Regulatory Council of the La Mancha Designation of Origin. This event marked the first time the Regulatory Council had its own space at the fair, representing a significant step forward for the region and its producers. Other wineries from the region also participated in this stand, all with the mission of showcasing the quality of La Mancha wines and strengthening their position in the international market, fostering a spirit of collaboration among producers under the designation.

In addition to the companies associated with ADIEX, other prominent FEDA member companies were also present at ProWein, seizing the opportunity to showcase their products. Despite challenges such as a railway strike in Germany, the event welcomed nearly 47,000 trade visitors from 135 countries. With 5,400 exhibitors from 65 countries, ProWein reaffirmed its status as one of the leading global events in the wine and spirits sector, standing out for its extensive international offering. This year also saw the introduction of a new segment, ProSpirits, dedicated to spirits, which featured participation from 420 exhibitors, further expanding the scope of the fair.
