Making:
We select the best Cabernet Sauvignon grapes from our oldest vineyard to produce our special limit edition of 6500 bottles.
The wine maker has produced this special wine with Cabernet Sauvignon. The wine has been aged for 24 months at American (30%) and French (70%) oak barrel. Besides, the wine has been kept for 18 months in our air-conditioned room to run the best quality before to sell the wines.
Simply, we produce this special wine with allour love and knowledge to enjoy an excellent and traditinal wine from Spain.
Tasting Notes:
Color: Bright and attractive garnet cherry coloured and well finished.
Bouquet: Compex, intense and aromatic aroma, which opens out with notes of spiced black currant, vanilla and chocolate, where the flavour is increased by toasted aromas.
Taste: Well structured, balanced and elegant, whith a long aftertaste, which reminds us its lifetime in oak barrels.
Matching: Served at 16-18ºC
Reserve La Villa Real is perfect to enjoy with red meats, cured cheese and so on.
